Now thats a real possibility.
JMS 49% Tshipi share is at a ridiculous valuation, the OMH 13% of Tshipi ownership is even more ridiculous.
S32 could takeover JMS and OMH for $1.5 billion and own the largest tier 1 manganese mine with 100 year mine life and OMH also a tier 1 manganese smelter the largest in SE Asia outside China.
Although I doubt whether S32 management have the brains to do a deal.
