Learn't to look at VMS on their actions (incremental plans & achievements) not on what they say. The TRUTH is clear for all to see. Unfortunately it took me a little while.
Also, when you have little change in management that has competing priorities over long period of time, tends to nurture laziness, distracted focus, incompetence and complacency.
Also, could this be a hoax company??? I'll leave at that. GLTA
