I think that AR might be pulling a swifty by referring to Lynas / Mt Weld processing options.
the source material used by these is I believe hard rock. we have clay as the host material. I'm no expert but I doubt that processing facilities that were built for hard rock input could easily be used with clay host material
can someone who actually knows what they are talking about comment here
