What is interesting is that OMH owns 26% of Ntsimbintle which in turn owns 50.1% of Tshipi. Therefore OMH share is 13% of Tshipi mine, the distribution to Tshipi shareholders will be AUD$75 million to JMS and AUD$19.5 million to OMH. This is equivalent to AUD$0.0375c/share for JMS, however with the less number of shares in OMH it represents AUD$0.0265c /share.
