7.7cps alone on a share price of 35c is more like 20% yield. Unsure what the franking will be might be more in the prospectus.
Lets just to be fair say 10-11c FY distribution moving forward (conservative) is 35%.
The SP should at a minimum be double. This train is about to depart. Choo choo
