I challenge you to do the math, post it here, and I will gladly admit I am incorrect. There are many better projects that are stalled. Assuming pricing improves, they'd just pump out rare earths at a cost below CRI could ever achieve and create a new price floor. Not only that, it's taken these guys years to produce even simple met work that takes other companies within a year. This is not confidence inspiring. DYOR
