So Jupiter gains a well-resourced new neighbour at the table but loses a known partner and sees no financial upside in the transaction itself. Why would the share price go up? The same CEO and Board that rely heavily on Tshipi have done no real diversification beyond it, just talk. They’ve outlined a growth strategy, but so far, it’s been all words, no action. Any upside is more likely to come from Tshipi’s performance than from the strategic execution of Jupiter’s leadership.
