If the company’s assets are worth double the market cap and the share price still lags, that clearly reflects how poorly the market rates the CEO and Board. It shows a complete lack of investor confidence in their vision, execution, and ability to grow or unlock value. Assets alone don’t drive share price, trust in leadership does.
