I calculate JMS net tangible asset price at 28c per share. One would expect any takeover price to be above this.
In my opinion the current management is nowhere near as good as previous. I see that Pryanth? has kept his shareholding. Around 5% if I recall correctly.
Personally I don't care if there is no takeover as long as the dividend improves and the current management doesn't waste money. Tshipi is a wonderful asset. AS Exarro have around 60% they may not choose to takeover JMS.
