    Exarro have 60%, but not control. I understand they need around 75% of shareholders to agree to make major management decisions regarding Tshipi.

    My view is that this will not suit Exarro and they will see it as an impediment to control and so will do something about it.

    I am in agreeance with the previous comments regarding Tshipi being a cracker of a mine and worth buying into on that basis alone at Jupiter's current price.

    This would have to be one of the most attractive propositions on the ASX currently for significant gains in the short to medium term. [once again in my view only]
