Can't see Exarro not going through with taking over JMS.. They have 50.1% of Tshipi already, have spent another $126m AUD on 20% of JMS shares..Rough calculations looks like JMS has administration/corporate/marketing fees of around $10m per annum (from rough quick notes) so taking JMS over would realise these immediate synergies (2-3% synergies); let alone whatever else they would be able to strip out after a full review.
Taking over the remainder 80% of JMS shares would cost;@ 30c = $480m AUD@ 35c = $560m AUD@ 40c = $640m AUD
