I'm here because I'm an LCY holder and HAW are our JV partners so what goes on with HAW can have a direct affect on my holding in LCY.

Our JV is like a marriage that was consummated in hell.
We might not agree on things but we are still a married couple.

Luckily the divorce isn't that far.
