i am very skeptical of the word "TARGET"

It may amount to smoke and mirrors.

They have had to raise capital at lower prices, when previous a premium off-market.

Why?

Keep in mind, that most of the ASX wanna bees are based on the dream. And that is where the capital is raised.

Proof of asset, needs to step up to validate the dream.

If it doesnt materialize then the con is over.

Just because its CHEAP, doesnt mean its an opportunity.
Better to pay 10c, when they validate it, than risk further that might end up the chimney.
