Okay, to clarify:

- You can purchase shares up until 25th August and participate in this share purchase plan.
- The price is a 10% discount based up 5 days before the 'issue date' which is 28th September.
- You can only receive a maximum of 30% of your equity held as at the record date 28th August.

- So effectively your placing money to purchase shares at a price you don't know... You can have your own opinions of where the price will move, but id assume at September 8th it will be a lot higher so the dilution and amount of equity issued is a lot lower... So Option holders may have to re-adjust their holdings...
