Jackpot Ipod you are the winner, too bad you pointed it out to those who can't think for themselves. If you believe the shares will rise more than 10% in the next 5 weeks (I believe this is about as sure as the sun will rise tomorrow) then buying now will be atleast as cheap as the offer the company will then likely sells the shares they plan to issue to institutions and will still have the funds they need.
