I think you will find S&G has filed Shareholders CA against others with no more and likely less probability of success then they currently are facing. I figure 80% to 90% that at least one CA will be filed within 90 days. I give it 60% or better that 2 or 3 CA will be filed within months. Under AG and team management SGH has lost shareholders $2 billion dollars which has made many of a "grumpy loser".
