    I'm fairly sure that whether the money is delayed, or just disappeared is irrelevant. What matters is the impact to guidance and how company officers portrayed SGH's fortunes. Were they lying? Were they being overly optimistic? That's what the lawsuit is supposed to discover and compensate shareholders for their currently accused poor disclosures.
