Only somebody read article about "zero" trading, and he wants to try a luck. Buy at 0.1 sell at .2 with profit of 100%.
If the share price rise for 100%, it will attract the attention of many small traders and they will go in. Lucky one that bought share for .1c can sell them for 0.4, 0.3, 0.2 and potentally can make big $$.
The chances that it will happen are minute, but it is possible.
