I think it shows much confidence in this area.
Makes you think that the company really likes the Halloween prospect, although the Anns don't state (I think) who instigated the deal. CYS states that it wants to focus on its Zambian copper project but still wants to retain an interest at Doolgunna. I'd take heart from this move regardless of who instigated it as there is mutual benefit.
