Haven't looked at CYS at all Super, except as the holder of a tenement in this basin. Therefore I don't know Neil Fong.

However, one would expect the contract between the 2 companies to be watertight, meaning that no individual such as NF could upset it - and besides, we have the relevant provisions of the Corporations Act to prevent certain (illegal)actions.

Anyway, do you and any other TLM holders have an opinion as to the merits of the ground to the west of the highway? Most of the action for the past few years has centred on the east side, and because of the Sandfire find. Perhaps the western side tenements hold better prizes - and easier to find. The vms cu/au deposits such as DeGrussa seem elusive and are expensive to pursue. But maybe Tlm and/or RNI will discover some soon, thereby setting off more excitement. Let's hope so.
