It has always been the case with the Pathaway product, Dr Martins is the guru on the stuff as he made it, as he did the M3 system, he has just received an order for 10 million from the US government, with possibly more to come, we are most certainly riding his coat tails, but we have an agreement with them for the rest of the world, this will keep their US operations flat out for three years at least, they already have inquires from other countries that must run through HCT, it makes sense that they do a JV for the manufacture outside the US, different voltage, and i am sure it is cheaper to make in Malaysia than it is to make in the US. the sale of the M3 systems has double outcomes as it consistently requires orders of Natshield, as this is the only sanitizer i know of that can be sprayed into an occupied room whilst the AC unit is running, we are currently peerless in this space. Sales will come, but they have just announced the JV so lets give them a few weeks grace perhaps. if we get Covid 19 human results that are positive, and get some well needed media coverage, this will be written into the specifications in thousands of government tenders, and any big responsible corporations. i am not sure the total contract value for the system in the US project, 10 million at $300 each? whats that 3 billion dollars? plus each system runs for lets say a month before need 4 litres of pathaway added, at conservatively $20 per 4 litres, that's 200 million per month income, on top of original sale, this is the money making part, hell give them the device for $100 each, the market is truly massive, forget hand sanitizers they have been flooded, but i don't think they will be pumping alcohol down the vents any time soon.
