correct, but shouldnt they be speeding up the process with the tin so they can be ready when the price increases, no use waiting for the right price , and then start building the mine and processing plant, it would take a couple of years, then we will miss the boat again.
better spending money on getting tin to the start line, than jerking around with every other flavor of the month, which will never amount to anything , anyway.
i know we wont get finance until a resource is proven up, and tin is higher price, but we can be on the starting blocks. its really the only valuable project we have at moment.
