This latest deal might also explain the strange options issue at 0.001 when they,-at the time- had cash in the bank, basically from the proceeds of the placement a couple of months prior !
It looked strange at the time.. it was basically a gift and what the retail holders did not take up was placed by the company.
I would like to know who took this shortfall
