Maybe the price dropped 13c due to the US GDP figures, the increase in virus cases in Australia, the below average quarterlies, the T+2 traders, the last day of the month which fell on a Friday or any of the other factors which caused the Australian share market to lose over 120 points. This still didn't phase the $100k+ buyers who were getting their orders filled.
And as for comparing rare earth company share prices, I apologise if I come across as condescending, but have you at least taken into account the shares on issue? Let alone any similarities or differences between each company? If not then your calculations are pointless and your valuations are false.
