Ann: JV Receives Approval to Develop Oakdale West, page-16

I've been a big fan of BKW for a few years now (average price is $14.30) and I started to accumulate after Perpetual sold out and pushed the SP down). i think they've actually been quite a bit more "progressive" in recent years and have shown that their prepared to think a bit outside the box to close the gap with NTA and generate value for us as shareholders. I hold BKW/SOL/URB with my biggest holding being BKW of the three (this is down to me simply having more funds available at the time I decided that BKW looked like good value). SOL absolutely rocketed to $30 and has since pulled right back wheras BKW has been slow and steady and URB have struggled although they recently managed to pick up some momentum. As to who will be the best performer over the next 12-24 months I think a lot probably depends on the VHA/TPG merger. If that gets through sooner rather than later I can see SOL shooting back up to $27-28 dollars and BKW getting left behind again but that's just my opinion.
