How's this Russian joint venture going? Did it ever proceed past a 'term sheet'?
Has anyone seen or heard it mentioned by mxc recently?
They 'aspired' to have a binding agreement in place within 120 days? Doesn't seem like it ever progressed to a binding agreement?
Surely there should have been something to report in the last 7 months if it was still proceeding?
This wasn't announced just weeks before the convertible note agreement was itPurely coincidental I'm sure.
