Regardless of any dispute. This was entirely predictive from the information provided via ASX announcements. It appeared that with further defaulted billings in Nov/Dec 2018 a percentage under the 5% would be likely occur, and that it would trigger clauses in the TJV whereby a dilution takes place. The legal requirements of the TJV seem to be being followed to the letter which is something most would expect.Cheers
