Yes not in the best interests of shareholders the current corporate direction IMHO of issuing large numbers of shares to directors, an increasing board size which just exacerbates that , and directors that are on numerous other boards , so have to question if we are getting the best value in time from them .
I am only holding as the revenue seems to be increasing exponentially - which is probably a good reason to hold .
