PS - I'd also note that this switch from selling the KTIG product outright to a WaaS model probably didn't come about lightly and was most likely a result of thorough consultation with their customer base and stakeholders.
Further, I think it's exciting times for the company and I think well worth a small speculative investment. Obviously over the next year or so we'll see this business model either succeed or fail, but the good news is the tech is exceptional so there is always the backstop in terms of valuation purely off the patents they own.
