It could be what you say, but unlikely....especially the investing and financing bit. Otherwise all companies will be cashflow positive at some stage otherwise they'll be bankrupt. But no one announces that they are cash flow positive because of financing. At least they shouldn't. K2F has never done that before either...they've had many capital raising before.
The company said cash flow positive this quarter and beyond, if true, means they'll probably never need to raise cash for operation anymore.
