I spoke to Brian through the week. The 4th member ICMM does not want to be named. However they're aware of the obligation K2F has and have decided to only use 1 site for now, which is under the 'material announcement' threshold. They're expected to go live with all their sites late this year.

The reason for the current sell off is a lot of canary capital investors are exiting, their avg was 15c. additionally two of the largest holders have now completely exited, two friends who were unhappy that they didn't get a heads up about the insto cap raise. Brian had to explain to them that would have been illegal, but they threw their toys and slowly exited.

On the plus side the insto's have been picking up the shares which we can see from the broker data, we expect increasing substantial holder notices once their internal threshold numbers are met. The Insto's are expecting $100m mktcap in the near future.
