Personally, I dont think cash is an issue. Last quarterly had $1.4m in cash plus another $1.0m in receivables. It’s been a strong quarter for contract wins so they have to be close to breakeven.
But in any event it’s gotta be a fair bet that the options will still be firmly in the money by May (20 cent exercise price). That would be another $2.7m. Which could even fund a new software acquisition - as Brian suggested could be on the horizon in his recent interview.
