Except that I can only interpret this as Maptek don't want to buy the company. If Maptek wanted to take over K2F they would let them run out of cash and buy the whole business for 5c/share. Instead they are keeping it proped up with working capital loans and equity purchases at unnecessarily high prices while hoping someone else will come and take the whole thing for them.
