    The word "PRO-ACTIVE" is rarely mentioned in conjunction with ASIC.

    There are many reasons to have the Takeovers Panel review what transpired prior to the the Non Binding Indicative Offer, (NBIO), yet ASIC just keeps it corporate head in the sand.

    Guess ASIC just hopes the "Court" kept in the dark on 16 July?
