as an aside - what kind of short term trader would I be buying in an out on a stock that is fluctuating half a cent?
surely if I was a player it would be in my best interest for this deal to fall over so the stock would tank and "my short position" would pay off and then I could buy up long for when JP tries to buy on market, or just wait until K2H is built.
so yeah - short term trader makes total sense
