Ann: Kaboko confirms E.I.M. Fund as Investor , page-5

"Kaboko has identified E.I.M., through its Emerging Resources Company Share Fund (“the Fund”), as the purchaser of 30 million shares in the Company from existing shareholders to become Kaboko’s largest shareholder."

Is this some sort of scrip shuffling? They didn't actually provide funds directly to the company for the 2 c placement stated in the qtrly (still no 3b btw - disclosure at its finest). Ok they bought some shares off some other shareholders (presumedly off market) - lets beef it up & put that in an announcement. It'll be interesting to see what EIM paid for them when their sub holder notice comes out.
