Dude, it's pretty simple to understand. The test work 'at spec' means the scaled up demo plant actually works and recovers Li at concentrations they set out to. The second part means that they are going to start running Kachi brine through it now to see what recoveries they get.
In any case, why do you even care? Press the little 'x' on the top right of the internet program you use and go outside, enjoy the day.
