- First sample of LiCl will be shipped for conversion to Li2CO3 within 2 weeks

One of the biggest risk for LKE & LILAC technology is now removed IMO. Further, David’s comment above also suggests dispute between LKE & LILAC is not a major concern anymore.
No stopping of LKE.
