Priced in? I would not be so sure...
They just increased their NPV overnight, bringing their EV/NPV to +-24%.
If you compare to other peers in DFS stage we still sit in the bottom tier with only 24% of a single project priced in:
PLL = 72%
INR = 33%
AVZ = 42%
LTR = 13%
I had a look at the remaining projects, an additional 1379 km2 of prospective ground in the Lithium triangle next to all the big names with proven high quality resources. There is little doubt that LKE will become one of the largest lithium producers over time
They are already discussing of developing Cauchari, another 20kta with probably a similar NPV8 of 800M post tax, bringing the EV/NPV to 14%...that's how much will be shortly be priced in
