I disagree, whilst yes some of the capital expenditure might be covered like power (maybe), this DFS ONLY covers costs for Stage 1.

Stage 2 will technically be a replication of Stage 1 and hopefully paid for by Stage 1.

Note there’s no forward projection as to when Stage 2 might commence, if ever.
