- A country needs a Free Trade Agreement with the US for its companies to benefit from the IRA.
- Argentina doesn't have Free Trade agreement with the US

So that might be around 2029.
IMHO, a project that needed IRA support to be feasible, would need certainty of IRA support prior to Final Investment Decision (FID).
Will LKE and/or a Strategic Partner wait for certainty on US IRA support prior to FID for Kachi?
