This is solid news and a quality reassurance to the market. Gave me the encouraging nudge to pick up another 100k units @.019. The capacity to adapt and change is key in these conditions and nice to see they are being proactive.

Highlights for me;

Extra 1 mil in savings p/a
Additional revenue streams (SaaS)
Imminent larger players coming on board

Hopefully this will stop the decline, stabilise then increase over time as these things all come to fruition.
