Anyone on here posting that this damages revenue does not understand SaaS.
This is a tech based company with fulfilment leg.
The ability to pivot and scale using SaaS on an individual customer basis is what basically all people who claim we dropped from 10 to 1% do not understand.
Do some research before making statements.
I’m interested to know, how do they project an extra $1m savings?
