It's not about this announcement being a nearology play, it's more about the fact that the smarts of Chalice recognise this as a prospective ultramafic corridor that may potentially host another Julimar type discovery. If you do your research some of that Chalice ground was applied for after the initial main Perenjori tenement was applied for, which incidentally also has Ni/Cu/Co anomalism. DYOR
