SKY, MAG and SVL use some FIFO and DIDO exploration staff and drill contractors, maintenance of tenements is a head office function and this latest stuff-up by ERM is a stuff-up from head office, almost certainly a direct result of a working from home policy. Although I wouldn't discount the possibility of an administrative stuff-up from the NSW Dept of Mines also contributing, they haven't exactly got the best track record when it comes to knowing or implementing their own legislation, or acting in a timely manner.

The people on the ground and at the rigs aren't responsible for monitoring tenements and their expiry, they are looking at RC chips and drill core and working out where to put the rig next....
