A number of holders of KAI through their comments on this forum see me as a negative , cranky holder of KAI shares

What they dont see is i am only critical of the way the company is run

Terry Topping is a Geologist with lots of experience however since his appointment 4 years now , he has failed to exploit the
full potential of our leases

He has been lucky POG has remained at economic levels , good demand from investors in our sector . small cap explorers
have been able to raise funds as most of the golies have been able to do in the recent past with ease.

We have in excess of $12m in the bank , its time some funds are deployed in hiring a new CEO with a proven track record of
adding value to a business

Not saying Topping should be removed as a director but he should stand down as our CEO .and no further free share options
awarded to any current director until as a company we reach minimum of say 3 million ounces inferred

I will be writing to Mr Topping and other large shareholders shortly , i have the time to pursue this , we have great potential
but need a New focus
