not just with Kai, why can’t retail form 5% with all listed companies
if you look at all the agm announcements, majors and institutional holders give all their votes to management and in return they get discounts on raises
why cant retail be part of that discount, retail always lose and always has to buy on market to average down and management/ institutional/ majors are gifted cheap options
time to change the dynamics
