It is not that hard to put an X in the box and send it on. I guess all 5,000 Shareholders thought that they had to wait for someone else to do it, so the only assumption is that they are all happy with the Directors and therefore their re-election. 1 vote against would have least shown that someone is not happy. If you don't vote how can you complain and ask why the Board stays the same. It is the only real chance that Shareholders get to show how they think and that opportunity has passed for another year.
