De Grey sold for $1,017 an ounce 8 months after issuing a bankable feasibility study with 5.6 million ounce produced. De Grey used a gold price of $2,700 (A) an ounce for its BFS. We still have at least 18 months for our BFS. Probably 2 years as phase 2 drilling won't be completed and assayed until late 2026. In that timeframe we'd also have to issue an EIS and get approval. Guess late 2027 we could have all approvals if things work out. We got 650,000 ounces in our first PEA from the 3 kilometer pit with projected gold price of $3,500 (A) an ounce. That extrapolates to 1 million ounces if the 1 and half additional kilometers to be drilled yield the same results as the first 3 kilometers. At $1,017 an ounce that would give us a buyout of 39 cents a share if management wants to sell. But if the share price jumps to that level than management will exercise their options and add another 800 million shares to total shares. That would bring the buyout down to 30 cents a share. I'll be very happy with a 15 bagger from here.
