The resource estimate looks competently prepared. However, 8:1 SR and mining cost of $10/t ore implies something like $1.1/t mining cost. Not in my lifetime. Anywhere. And $1.6/t ore G&A? Running a mine anywhere costs something like $1M per department (Geology, Survey, Met, Maintenance, Office & Safety, Mining).

And then there's the issue of oxide/sulphide recoveries. It'll be somewhere south of 90%.

It'd be interesting to see the results of a Lerchs-Grossman optimization on this one, using some realistic parameters. And then add in capital.
